Iiiiiii really dont know what to say here lol as Moonraven you already know most of these details but Ill go down the checklist anyways! For a bonus to my application though, Moonraven check your pms~

Discord: As you know I have and am very active on discord (as in I dont shut up lol) and even set up the fury server so there will be lots of communication!

Activity: I generally try and be on every day, averaging three posts a day but can do far more when something exciting is happening! My characters are known for rarely going missing and Crowtooth only has once ever!

Involved: Listen the day Crowtooth isnt working himself stupid or stops sticking his nose into every happening he can find is the day Ive killed him off. "Mind your business" isnt in his vocabulary and will stay out of it and this is a proven trait in so many rps.

Social: As stated and known I dont shut up so I am always happy to talk to people OOC about concerns or issues to sort things out and help!

Prior Experience: While my previous role a few years ago was a medicine cat, Im not completely green to other hr duties! I helped spade frequently with the allegiances and am eager to do the same with windclan and have been aching to attack some of the overdue sweeps~ Additionally I have patrol experience from this role and have been finding success with Crowtooth sending out his own!
In Character Details
Looking over the Crow-boy you'll find him checking all the boxes!
At 50 moons old Crowtooth is old enough to have outgrown his more immature and reckless younger years and while he still has his silly moments they are not in moderation and done when there's not lives at risk. His flash temper still exists, sure, but it is now quick to bank and fade once the initial moment is over, if it fires off at all.
This allows Crowtooth to maintain his iron core stance against threats to windclan, but now look at solutions with an open mind. A recent example of this is the alliance with shadowclan. As, though Crowtooth viciously protested out of fear for Windclan and Twilightstars safety, he was able to calm and listen to reason to shift his opinion. Though even with that he still pushed to be present in the negotiations and brought of points of concerns he feared were overlooked.
It wasnt an easy lesson to learn, much less with this specific example, and against his younger selfs nature, however still key.
Threats are to be stood against and faced with all the strength you have, but peace is instead maintained by more intangible complex things.

Growth is a constant friend to Crowtooth, a fact that makes him well suited to leadership as anything from proper responses to trouble makers, to what information is key to be shared, and now letting go of loved ones to the ebb and flow of life and how to let go are experiences key to a well rounded individual. Its not easy, certainly, but nothing worth it ever is.
After all, Crowtooth has come to realize that expecting perfection from any cat is unreasonable as they are just a cat, but that you can expect someone to learn grow and seek to improve themselves. Though sometimes to do that you need hard circumstances to push you into it, or a trusted friend to talk to about the situation with.
